  Sidi Corp Home LLC has been in business since July of 2015, we were at first a single-family home rental business. 

In January 2021 we transformed the remaining properties to furnished leased homes and grew the company's profitability. We are now using the high standards we've used to improve the business to expand into the lucrative government contracting, and child picture book business. 

Our standards are key—We believe every client is important, and we demonstrate that by providing 5-star levels of customer satisfaction for our short-term rentals. We also offer a transparent and assertive contracting process, that leverages our service members government experience to bid competitively, and win.

Our service starts with a simple conversation to help identify your needs and connect you with resources. We can place your team in a short-term rental, partner with your company transparently on a government contract, or provide books for business that serve children. 

I've been a short-term leasing manager for seven years. I've successfully opened and managed six short-term rentals, with a robust history of high occupancy, and high customer satisfaction.

I have over eighteen years of logistical, and resourcing experience as a military leader. Having first-hand experience with the Army's complex contracting system, we can definitely, partner for success.

I have over ten years of experience as an institutional book seller. I've found my success selling to Department of Defense, Schools, specialty shops, as well as hospitals, and children's museums.
